5 Axis Water Jet
We can cut bevels on the top and bottom of the plate. We can also cut countersinks on the top of the plate. All this can be done in one operation. Table size is 6' x 13' up to 5" thick material. We can cut more than just metal. We can cut stone, glass, plastic and more.
Lathe Work
We have standard engine lathes and a big lathe that turns 20" round x 20' long or flanges up to 34" round.
CNC Mills
3 Axis job shop CNC mills with up to 60" of X travel.

Triton Welding & Machine Shop is a locally owned business in Cocoa Florida. We serve Brevard County, the Space Coast, and beyond. Triton is a “job shop”, which means we can perform the majority of welding, fabrication, and machining work. We will work on anything from the standard to strange, and all the way to what others may call impossible. Triton is proud to literally have some our best work floating in space and on the ocean floor. We will perform one-off tasks to full production runs. Triton Welding & Machine Shop welcomes small businesses, corporations, and the ‘Average Joe’.
